TBD Luxury RV Resort is a gated and secured property and is surrounded by Colorado style stone wall that will help preserve the RV resort’s luxury look and feel forever.

The resort is divided into two main property areas. There is an upper and lower RV area separated by a 50 foot elevation change. The upper area has a great 360-degree view and a wide-open feel, while the lower area has approximately a 270-degree view and a more tucked into the valley feel.

All the 280 Luxury RV sites are 35’ x 70’ feet with a few sites being larger.

To maintain the Luxury RV Resort experience, Class A Motor Coaches, Travel Trailers, and Fifth Wheels must be within certain model and size specifications to be admitted into the TBD Luxury RV Resort.
