The ownership of your TBD Luxury RV property entitles you to choose the amenities on your property that fit your style, needs and budget. Our professional customer service team will help you make educated selections that work for you. Our luxury property will feature high-speed internet for the convenience of our owners and guests in addition to being powered, in part, by solar energy.

Your Choice, Your Style, Your Needs

  • Site Selection

    You will choose your property based on desired resort location, size and availability. The size of each individual property is 35’ x 70’ feet. There are a select few property sites that are larger. Ownership of multiple or adjacent properties will be offered based on availability. Your property includes colored and stamped concrete to help create a warm and cozy environment to relax in.

  • Casitas

    Your casita will enhance your RV experience and provide a great indoor/outdoor space to stretch out, relax and entertain guests. Casitas can range in size from 400 square feet to 800 square feet.

    Your casita will be constructed with low maintenance specifications in mind and will include stone facades that complement the look and feel of the Luxury RV Resort.

    The inside of your casita can be built out with a living/entertainment room, dining area, wet bar, full bathroom and utility connections for washer and dryer if desired.

    Your RV will be used as your sleeping space.

  • Outdoor Site Options

    Pergola - A custom-built pergola on your site can add shade from the direct sunlight and still let in light, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or finishing your relaxing day with a cool beverage.

    Outdoor Kitchen – You can choose from various options designed to help bring out your inner culinary skills and make dining adventures easy and convenient.

    Private Hot Tub - Relax in your private hot tub at the beginning and end of a glorious blue-sky Colorado day or a star-studded evening.

    Fire Pit – Make memories with friends and family around a safe, warm, and attractive propane fire pit. It can serve as the year-round center of outdoor entertainment and relaxation.

    Washer/Dryer - Add a washer and dryer to your site to make laundry quick and easy without ever leaving the comfort of your site.

  • World Class Restaurant

    An 8,000 square foot World Class Steak, Seafood, Wine and Cocktails restaurant provides a great place to enjoy a unique fine dining experience. The restaurant is housed in a 35,000 square foot facility that also includes a private clubhouse, office and fitness center in addition to an event center.

  • Wine Cellar & Cocktail Bar

    The TBD Luxury RV Resort has a large wine cellar and cocktail bar that is a fantastic place to relax, socialize and take in the great views from the spectacular and spacious patio/deck.

  • Clubhouse Fitness Center

    The private fitness center will allow owners and their renters to get some exercise while taking in the great views from an elevated portion of the resort. The fitness center will be equipped with treadmills, Peloton bikes, weight equipment and more.

  • Cocktail Lounge / Game Room

    For some inside fun with friends and family our private clubhouse will contain a cocktail lounge and pool tables, video and pin ball games and more in a relaxing and comfortable setting.

  • Luxurious & Relaxing Spa & Salon

    Some quality time spent at our luxurious spa will leave you rejuvenated, relaxed and refreshed. After experiencing the caring and professional services delivered by our exceptional spa staff professionals, you’ll be ready to engage in your next Colorado adventure… or simply enjoy another peaceful and relaxing day on our resort.

    Spa services include specially designed spa packages for women, men, and couples; various types of massages; body, skin care and make-up services; hair care and nail services; waxing and tinting.

    For the pleasure and entertainment of our property owners’ children and grandchildren we have built a special play area for them to unwind… and get them ready to relax a bit. Perhaps they’ll make a few new friends during their stay.

    For your convenience we have a well-stocked gourmet grocery store for your grocery needs. It also includes a wine/spirits/beer store and a gift shop. Making life easy and convenient for you is a very important part of the TBD Luxury RV Resort experience.

  • Laundry Services

    Our laundry services make this chore as easy and convenient as possible. It is available to our rental customers. If you need dry-cleaning services, our concierge will arrange it for you.

  • Pet Grooming & Dog Parks

    We understand how important pets are to families. That is why we have built the Pooch Parlor, a pet grooming facility, on our Luxury RV Resort. Keeping all family members (Even the four-legged ones) happy and comfortable is very important to us.

    For our best friends to get some exercise and have some fun we have built two dog parks on the resort property. These are for the exclusive use of our property owners and renters.

    TBD Luxury RV Resort has a paved biking/hiking trail along its western edge that is connected a phenomenal Denver Metro system of more than 108 trails covering 693 miles throughout the Front Range. Whether you prefer hiking, tour biking, road cycling, eBiking or mountain biking on easy going trails or challenging mountain roads and trails… Colorado has it all just waiting for you. Cyclists from around the world travel to Colorado to explore and discover Colorado’s road biking routes.

    From your TBD Luxury RV Resort property you are just minutes away from breathtaking scenery that is removed from busy highways on designated scenic roads across the state. Whether you are an avid motorcyclist and bring your motorcycle with you and your RV, or rent a motorcycle for a day or two, you are in for some of the best riding experiences you could ever want.

    Additionally, Colorado has some of the best dirt bike, ATV, and snowmobile trails in the nation. You can discover and enjoy them from your basecamp at TBD Luxury RV Resort.
